After an exciting trip to the Apple Store yesterday, we visited the house that my sister (Michele) and her fiancé (Mike) recently bought in Bethlehem, PA. It’s located next door to the house (see picture to the right) in which Jonathan Frakes (aka Cmdr. William T. Riker of Star Trek: The Next Generation) grew up. In addition, one of their neighbors said that Armin Shimerman (Quark from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) had also lived in the area. Who knew it was such a small galaxy?
On a supernatural note, there is apparently a ghost living in their house as well. Both Michele and Mike have heard footsteps in the upstairs, and he has even seen a grey-haired female apparition in the bathroom that shrank down into a small ball of light and disappeared. During their recent housewarming party, one of their friends who is a medium said that the ghost’s name is Amelia and that she feels safest in the bathroom and on the third floor. See if you can spot the balls of light on the right of the picture taken on the third floor before they moved there. Believe it…or not.
I’m a believer. I will never forget our old farm house in PA, there was a ghost that frequented my bedroom. Oddly enough, I was never scared, even as a little girl.
